3. Price of the products. Taxes and customs
The price paid includes indirect taxes resulting from the delivery of the product and shipping costs. However, all-pro-gadgets is not responsible for the payment of any import tax or customs duty that may be due at the time of introduction of the product to the state of destination. Any additional costs arising from customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient of the product. For legal purposes, the recipient of the product will be the importer and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the state of destination.

b) How soon will you receive your order?
The usual delivery period varies between 10 and 20 days from receipt of the order confirmation.
If the item is not in stock, and cannot be delivered in time, we will notify you of the estimated time for your request and you may exchange it for another item if you wish or request a refund.
These terms are indicative and all-pro-gadgets reserves the right to delay them for reasons not related to the company. In any case, we will always strive to reduce delivery times as much as possible in order to guarantee a fast and efficient reception of orders.
The agreed deadlines for delivery of the products are without prejudice to delays that may be caused by force majeure.
c) What should I do in the event of a delay or error in shipping or delivery?
In case of delay, delivery error or loss of the product, please contact us as soon as possible. all-pro-gadgets will contact the logistics company to initiate an investigation and resolve the incident as soon as possible. We will make every effort within our reach, for the time necessary and within 24 to 48 hours, we will contact the user and provide a solution or send a new identical package free of charge.
The user will have the right to cancel the contract and pay the amount of the product and the shipment if we do not deliver within the agreed period and the conditions established in article 66.bis of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November. which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
d) What is the amount of the shipping costs?
